Long fermentation in temperature-controlled vats extracts all the fruit, flavour and colour from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes from the 62 hectares that make up this very reliable and respected estate, which borders on the lands of Chateau Latour. Aged for 12 to 16 months in 50 per cent Allier oak barriques, the wine is firmly structured with a full, smooth flavour, soft tannins and a nice, round, long feel in the mouth. A Bordeaux classic.
